  • Listerine – 1 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 cup

How to make

Mix all the ingredients in a wide and deep pan so that it holds enough water to soak both your feet. Dip your feet and keep soaked for about 15 to 20 minutes. You can also add another round of warm water after sometime, if you feel the water is losing heat.

Better if your pan is non-metallic, since metals are good conductors to lose heat easily.

Ingredients

  • A large basin
  • Epsom salts (hydrated magnesium sulfate) – 1 cup
  • Baking soda – 1 tbsp
  • Essential oils
  • Moisturizer

How to make

Fill the basin two-third with warm water. Make sure the basin is large enough to fit in both your feet comfortably. Add the Epsom salt to this water and mix well until dissolved. Later, also add the baking soda and stir well. Baking soda helps soothing dry skin and foot odor. Pour a few drops of essential oil to this and soak both your feet for around 20 minutes. Smear moisturizer over both your feet and massage lightly.

  • Sea salt/Epsom salt – ½ cup

  • Epsom salts – ½ a cup
  • River or marble rocks – 2 to 3 pieces

Boil the water and pour it in a bucket. First, add the epsom salts and dissolve thoroughly. Add the honey, the brewed coffee and mix well.   • Milk – ¼ cup
